I worked for twickenham as a contract and had a very hard job to do with physical strength.I liked working home until i runaway to seek another job, later stage i realized that, the work i've been doing is per my qualifications. Now im studying Safety Management with intention of going back to twickenham.Good thing about twickenham is giving everyone opportunity to grow in industry and i heard no complains about the organisation.

Im a graduate holding a 3 years National Diploma in Safety Management. Im a serious job hunter but what disappoint me on applying to Twickenham is that there's this phrase "ngwana mobu", only those people are hires but what about us holding a certain qualification to be used. I may not be from those areas around Twickenham but I'm also not far from Twickenham but we all need to work to be independent. This thng of hirinh "bana ba mobu" where does it leave us. We are surrounded by lot of lot of mines but some of us are not benefiting from them. I'm a Mkhondo from Ga-Mahlokwane pity i wont change that. It's so sad seeing people working away from home while we are have with mines

I don't c any reason why should we boarder ourselves y because this mine belongs to certain individuals. I fail to understand procedurally or which selection criteria are they using to hire people. I'm Rocks frm Jerusalem
