The eight story commercial building was designed by Donaldson & Meier for the estate of EM Fowler and was constructed in 1911. From that year until 1958 it was occupied by Kline's Ladies Wear. Thereafter it housed Franklin Simon Ladies Wear 1958-1977 and Pam's till the mid 1980s.

Currently vacant, this building is now for sale/lease.
