Neighborhood officially designated by the City of San Diego as Peninsula. However it is better known as Point Loma. Peninsula encompasses the communities of Ocean Beach Highlands, Point Loma Highlands, Loma Alta, Loma Palisades, Loma Portal, Fleetridge, Roseville, Sunset Cliffs, Wooded Area, La Playa, Roseville and Liberty Station (formerly the Naval Training Center).
