4-story residential building completed in 1871 as a store-and-loft building. Designed by Robert Mook, it is clad in red brick above a white-and-blue metal-and-glass storefront. The windows have flat stone lintels, and the building shares a fire escape with the near-twin building next door. The facade is capped by a white modillioned roof cornice. The upper western wall, rising above the adjacent building, is clad in white-painted brick. The ground floor is occupied by Petite Abeille restaurant.
