Sam Houston Village is located on the northwest end of campus and opened Fall 2004. Sam Houston Village is designed to accommodate 530 students. Each suite houses two students and includes two bedrooms (one for each student), a bathroom, and a living area. The suite is fully furnished, and the kitchenette includes a microwave and an under-the-counter refrigerator.

Beginning Fall 2011, all classifications will be eligible to live at Sam Houston Village.
