The Kotelnikovo Valve Plant which is the subsidiary of the Volgogradneftemash JSC was established in 1959 on the base of machine workshops. The plant is specialized in manufacture of valves for general industrial applications.

Nominal diameter: 25 up to 200 mm
Material: 25Л, 20ГМЛ, 12Х18Н9ТЛ

Repair and maintenance services for produced valves are rendered at the Customer´s request. The Kotelnikovo Valve Plant exercises a quality management system which meets the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2001.
The total area occupied by the Plant makes up about 6000 sq. m, the main workshops of the Plant are located on this area: machining, heat-treating, galvanizing, assembly-testing, painting and etc.
Logistic support is generally provided by cooperation supply of casting, forging, stamped blanks from appropriate workshops of Volgogradneftemash JSC. Component parts for valve manufacture are also furnished by different enterprises of the Russian Federation and countries of the former Commonwealth of Independent States.
Equipment produced by the Kotelnikovo Valve Plant is used in petrochemical and gas-and-oil producing industry, housing and communal services and other fields of industry.
