The Ofeliite Locality is located in the Selimish part of Vitosha Mountain, at an altitude of 1,520 m above sea level. Its lowest part is called Yavorova Polyana and there is a bust of the poet Peyo Yavorov, and at the end of it is a stage for holding concerts. The higher part of the Ofelia offers a view of the slopes of the Black Rock Locality. At the northern end of the area there is a fountain, a recreation area and a fireplace.
