Originally constructed in 1928, Ochiltree County Courthouse is the first and only courthouse ever built in the county seat of Perryton.

Ochiltree County's original courthouse was located in the original county seat, Ochiltree, and was constructed in 1890. Both the courthouse and the town of Ochiltree no longer exist today.
