Now nearly desolate and deserted after all tenants were forced out to clear the land for new development. Long-term residents were not evicted, but services were discontinued, grounds were allowed to die, rents were raised to as high as $1,000 per month for a single-wide trailer (land only). In 2003, approximately 200 homes. In 2006, fewer than 30 remain. 11-2012 reports that site has been cleared and physical development of an apartment complex is underway.
