This subdivsion was built around 1974. Presley Homes used to be the largest homebuilder in Albuquerque at the time. Presley was bought out buy a homebuilder in 2000. I think the homebuilder that bought out Presley was called Western Homes. Western Homes did not want to build in Albuquerque.

  • I'm pretty sure most homes here in Academy Acres are actually Wood Brothers, not Presley.
  • I live in this subdivision and our home is a Presley home. We bought it new 33 years ago. Was there a 15 plan in the area? Ours is a 17 plan and I want to know the square footage of the 15 plan.
  • I have a plan 20 and would like to have blue prints to move some under ground plumbing
