Snow Hill Manor is a 2 1/2-story brick plantation house of late Georgian style that is located on 15 acres of land in Laurel, Maryland. Situated on a knoll overlooking the Patuxent River, the home was built in 1755 alongside a main road which connected it to the highway leading to Philadelpia and New York.
One of many homes in the Laurel area formerly owned by the distinguished Snowden family, Snow Hill Manor has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1974. The house features four rooms on each floor which include a modern caterers' kitchen and brides' and grooms' dressing rooms. The house features wood floors and period-style furnishings. This historic property may be rented by the public for meetings, receptions, weddings and other functions. Also available is a 30' x 60', tented brick patio that is available from April to November.
