Dong Van (Vietnamese: Đồng Văn) is a district (huyện) of Ha Giang Province in the Northeast region of Vietnam.
As of 2003 the district had a population of 57,715. The district covers an area of 447 km². The Townlet (district capital) lies at Dong Van Commune and Pho Bang .There are 17 commune : Lung Cu, Lung Thau, Lung Phin, Lung Tao, Sung La, Ta Phin, Xa Phin,Pho La, Ma Le, Sang Tung, Sung Trai, Thai Phin Tung, Ho Quang Phin, Pho Cao, Sinh Lung, Ta Lung and Van Chai.
