The manor house is blocked by simpler houses on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Ul, therefore this magnificent classical ensemble, consisting of a semicircular smart court yard and the main house, is known to very few people.

The large volume of the house has included in the ground floor stone chambers from the first half of the 18th century. In 1790 the building has received its current shape in style of strict classicism (architectural processing has partially remained on the back side and lateral facades). The main facade we see today dates from the 1840s when the portico with Ionic pilasters was replaced by a portico of harmonious Corinthian semi-columns. Unfortunately, the composition of a courtyard in a peculiar elliptic form reminds that part of the left wing has not remained and in a concave along the semicircular wall there is the entrance to a courtyard of commercial buildings.

The interior furnishings were lost in 1875 1885, and in front of the court yard a residential building was constructed in the 1920s.
