Residence built c. 1928 in the Colonial style for Robert LeRoy {attorney, capitalist, financier}. LeRoy was a member of the Carter, Ledyard & Milburn and Caldwater Wickersham & Taft law firms. He also served as the secretary and treasurer of Consolidated Gas Utilities Corp. and director of Combined Investment Corp. LeRoy lived in the residence until at least 1946. It has since been subdivided and was demolished in 2018 after being vacant for a few years.
