Small enclosed/strip mall with a pharmacy, dry cleaners, and restaurant. Regina's last independent IGA grocery store was in this location before it closed in January 2007. It re-opened as a Sobeys Urban Fresh grocery in September 2007 until closing in 2013. The Shell gas station closed in 2007 was demolished in July-August 2009.
With the closure of the Sobey's grocery store in 2013, Harvard Developments (the property owner) announced plans to redevelop the entire site.
