The current Romanesque tower from 11th-12th century leans possibly to the pre-Roman church hall. This is replaced by a 14th-15th Gothic church, which a part of the choir was preserved.
In 1725, the tower and the walls of the churchyard were restored. In 1788, construction of the current classical church with two aisles and vestry. Restoration work in 1926 and 1927.
