Beguinage Church Saint Agnes (Sint-Truiden)

The St. Agnes beguinage church was built in three phases from the late 13th century to the early 16th century. It contains a remarkable collection of religious art, most notably a set of wall and pillar paintings dating from around 1300 to the beginning of the 17th century. One of the paintings (pictured) depicts the gruesome martyrdom of St. Agatha.
