Lived there for a year - haven't heard, experienced any horror stories. The place has a swimming pool, a SPA, a gym, basketball, volleyball grounds, etc... Quite a nice place to live for a year or two, a bit far from everything (university, supermakets), co consider to have a car or a bike at least
