 restaurant, apartment building

6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1908. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein as a tenement, it has the same 4-bay facade (in a different color) as its neighbor at No. 181 Prince, except that the easternmost bay of windows is narrower than the rest. The facade is clad in brown brick. There is a stone band course with a Neo-Greek fret design across the top of the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor windows have complete stone enframements with keystones, and the windows on the other floors have splayed lintels with keystones. A stone cornice runs across the top of the 5th floor. The building is crowned by a modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Nagomi Japanese Restaurant.
