Wanaparthy is a town and a nagar panchayat in Mahbubnagar district in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.The kings palace stands at the centre of the town. The KDR Krishna Devaraya Polytechnic College in Wanaparthy is the first of its kind in India was inaugurated by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehuru, the first Prime Minister of India. The palace of the Maharaja now serves as the polytechnic college. The town has become a major education center with KG to PG institutions.   • There is no real estate in wnp. Only brokers rule in wnp, they buy your land for 1 lakh rupees and sell it for 2 lakhs to others; This type of cheap crime is going on in wnp right now in the name of 'Realestate'. Police, government should take steps to control such type of crimes, there is no such land value only brokers create temporary hype and sell land to 'bakras'.
  • Wanaparthy is a very beautiful town. Well planned city, wide roads in colonies but the main roads are still to be widened, lack of railway station, far from national highway are also setbacks. But in development everything is good education, transportation culture is very good. Overall a very peaceful and good for living conditions in wanaparthy.
