The name of the town Adoni it comes from the name of Yadavagiri or Yadavani, but the actual name of this town is "Imtiyazgad". Today also you can find the fort of Basalatjung at the top of the hill.

Adoni is wonderful town with people having fun all the time.

gnapakala baruvuto tirigi raavali.

Sravanamasam lo Ranmandala kondaki velli..aa pachani prakruti lo sedu deradam oo marupu rani gnapakam.

Every one who have visited / studied in Adoni would never forget the memorable time of trekking Ranamandala and then getting down the hill via Ramjala. A must visit place in august when all the hills around look vibrant with greenary.

Adoni is a Excellent historical place. Adoni got its name from "Yadavagiri", then later changed to "Yadavani" and then it became Adoni. U can see Ranamandala, Ramjala, Mahayogi Lakshmma temple. Ranamandala is a Lord Hanuman shrine. In August all the surrounding villagers people come to see that it will be greenery at that time. If the time permits Check out Adoni for remarkable memories.

My home town is adoni unfortunately i left adoni and settled in bhopal my parents and my son ashes are in adoni my dil ki dhadkaan is adoni, my municipal school and adoni arts and science college where i studied my best friends dr vasanth madhav,dr gangaram,dr suresh govind reddy,TL manohat,papu bhandari,k deedar ahmed,s hussain ahmed,c.giridhar babu,my computer guru gonbhavi srinivas,amresh corporation bank,tg krishna,kolli ramesh,tg anand ayya,mahadevappa,basith,u raghu,raichoti vishwanth,sripada gas ,my cousin kanjani ramesh and lot others friends.If ever i die my last prayer to god is that my rebirth should be in adoni,adoni, adoni
