This place is very popular as education center. One can enjoy life here; small,simple and cool(anyway hot in summer). It has been surrounded by lots of temples and surprising places. It was ruled by Nanda dynasty. Basic strength of this town is surrounded villages. Because the population of the town is 90,000. But nearly 50,000 people visit this town daily.

    My place Nandyal is a beautiful place on the face of the earth. My school SPG High School was only the best school in the whole Nandyal region. Even though now I'm living in one of the best places in the world i.e.Dubai, I can not forget my Nandyal and the memories of my place.

    Hi there I born and brought up here. I studied in Municipal High School which is a great school and produced very good citizens. I studied in PSC & KVSC Govt College. This is agian very excellent college. I love Nandyal and I cannot forget this place. I still remember during Dasara festival, which 10 days real festival during my childhood. We use to go to see bommala koluvu every house, I still remember a house opposite to head post office. I don't know if they still live there or not...but it was a never foget life time memory. Not to mention lankinees, and Kalikamba devasthnam etc...I still remember chinna cheruvu, pedda cheruvu, cheruvu katta, mahanandi (we use to go there by cycles every week)...oh words are not enough. I am very unfortunate to leave this place for my living. If I get a chance, I will definitely comeback here. Thanks to WIKIPAP for an oppurtunity to share memories. Kepp it up.

    Hi am I am proud to say that I am from nandyal.I like all the temples near nandyal especially the mahanandi temple, where fresh water flows contineously through out the year, it is a nice picnic spot.It is surrounded by green trees as it is in nallamala forest.Propably nandyal is the only place which has given a Prime Minister and President.

    This is just a perfect place to explore ourself ..... to a greater extent.... Here people are cool and you can find many historic places like Mahanandi,Srisailam,yaganti,Belum caves and many more..... Just go there to enjoy alot..... My favourite place in Nandyal is the Pond and a stone for me sit.... That was just to be felt....

    Hai, I am Srinivas, belongs to Nandyal area. I completed My Intermediate and Polytechnic in Nandyal. I completed My +2 in PSC & KVSC Govt collage and My Diploma in SRI EEPURI SESHAIAH SETTY POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE( The Great Polytechnic College in Andhra Pradesh). My classmates got state first in diploma as well as in Engineering common entrance test. My classmates almost all well settled. Some people settled in abroad and foreign countries.     Hi to all wikki lovers , im in BAHRAIN since 10yrs working as a Oracle Dba in YOKOGAWA. I studied till 10th class in khaleel siddique school noonepalli(1992) batch, and till Degree in National Degree college. This is right Nandyal very nice for education and entertainment because we used to go everyweek to Maha Nandi but now very croud now and they build complete boundry wall and they cutt lot beautiful trees.
