  • This is the correct location but an imprecise angle. To your left and up you'll see on the other side of I-10 there is a street that's almost perpindicular to I-10. That's what's left of the street that bordered the cemetery on one side and the cemetery outline should run paralell to it. The city jail was located adjacent to the cemetery (and under the Superdome). Maybe the Saints were cursed because they built atop where the old jail stood. Personally, I think tourists spend more in the quarter when the Saints lose, which sort of makes any Saints game a win-win.
