Mission Statement

The Milwaukee Recruiting Battalion conducts immediate and effective operations throughout its area of responsibility to recruit highly motivated, committed, quality men and women, both officer and enlisted, to serve in the United States Army and Army Reserve, whereby providing the force to an expeditionary Army committed globally in a “War on Terror”, professionally and with integrity.

Vision Statement

The Milwaukee Recruiting Battalion provides maximum contribution to a nation at war by recruiting with integrity, quality young men and women into the Army and the Army Reserve. Maximum flexibility creates and fosters adaptive leaders. We empower leaders to apply our “ready and relevant” doctrine. Every member of this team will be able to assess quickly in order to “see first”, train effectively in order to “understand first”, plan appropriately in order to “act first”, and “finish decisively.” With this vision, the Milwaukee Recruiting Battalion will maintain market Dominance.
