Designed by Delano & Aldrich in 1915 for Willard Straight, the founder of The New Republic magazine, and his wife, Dorothy Whitney Straight, a founder of the Junior League of New York. Later owned by William and Mona Harrison{Bismark}. One time Audubon Society home and headquarters for the International Center for Photography.

It is now in private hands.
