LIGC - Long Island Gold Coast, outbuilding, indoor tennis court(s)
Designed by T. Markoe Robertson, son of architect R.H. Robertson, and built by E.W. Howell & Co. with structural elements by Guastavino Fireproof Tile Co. The playhouse contains the indoor tennis court and swimming pool on the lower level.
In the 1940's, a stained glass window by John LaFarge from the W.C. Whitney estate was installed in the swimming pool pavilion of presumably "Greentree" where remained until 1977, when it was donated to the Philadelphia Museum of Art by Charles S. Payson.
