The former gatehouse/carriage house of Laurimore, the estate of Ellis L. Phillips, c.1926 brick English Tudor. The estate was sold and subdivided after Phillips' death in 1959, and the garage is now a private residence. It was restored and greatly expanded in the 2001, retaining the Tudor style by Laura Casale Architect.
