Originally part of an H-hut military structure and built by the Federal Government in 1940 for the Commonwealth Air Training program, the building was moved to this site 1950. In 2002 it was renovated for office and studio space, exposing the original floor and roof construction, and reusing a combination of original interior doors and windows and salvaged materials from other sources. This building is a unique example of preservation and sustainability.
