office building, place with historical importance, warehouse
Through full-scale renovation of the Campbell, Wilson and Millar building, this historic 1910 structure is being transformed into a unique, innovatively designed mixed-use office facility. The new building has been architecturally integrated with the historic structure through careful incorporation of design qualities with materials found in turn-of-the-century warehouses, including exposed timber, hardwood floors, and a rich brick façade on the interior and exterior. Its last use was as the Countrywide Furniture store.
