262-foot, 20-story Neo-Gothic office building completed in 1927. Designed by Almirall & Cusachs, its 2-story base is clad in grey-painted limestone, with the shaft clad in buff-colored brick. The 27th Street elevation is seven bays wide; on Park Avenue South it has two narrow bays around a center bay. There are paneled spandrels below and above the 2nd-floor windows, bordered by egg-and-dart moldings. The 2-story stone piers rise up slightly above the upper spandrels, onto the brick face of the 3rd floor. The middle bay on 27th Street is wider than the others, with three windows at the upper floors; the other bays have two windows, except for the end bays on the avenue, which each have one window. All the windows have simple stone sills.

There are setbacks at the ends of the 17th floor, lined with decorative terra-cotta panels. The central section that extends further up to the top floor has chamfered corners. The main roof line also features additional carved panels.

The building was fully renovated in 2011. It is home to Euro Pacific Capital - New York, a retail brokerage office owned by renowned economist Peter Schiff. The ground floor is occupied by a Chase Bank branch.
