  This peak has a majestic look from the city of Coimbatore. I knew a young man by name Peter Martin (S/O Rev. Roy Martin, All Souls' Church, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu)who taught music in Lashington School in Coonoor, Tamilnadu about 32 years ago, who went up to scale it. I still remember what he told me: This peak is as high as the town of Coonoor in The Nilgiris. When you fly into or outof Coimbatore, I think the Bangalore flights flyover it and on a clear day you can see it.
