All Saints' Church, Kingston (Kingston upon Thames)

United Kingdom / England / Richmond / Kingston upon Thames

Flint covered first parish church of Kingston with bell tower with a full peal of 8 bells, built in the 12th century, replacing one from before 1066, extended and repaired to J L Pearson's designs in the 19th century. This Church of England church has a long-standing, strong musical tradition, in whose words its total to the community is 'immense'. For those who live or work in the Royal Borough, this church touches many of their lives in many ways: as a place of worship, for community events, as a major arts venue and concert hall, as the civic church and, beyond all these, as a place to rest and reflect in a busy town centre.
