In 1956 as an 11-year old dependant, I used to go shell hunting at low tide, wading out to Turtle Island.

  • I lived there in 1948. Right next to the beach.
  • I lived in Old Tipilao Housing in 1959 and spentmany hours scouring the beach, reef, and Turtle Island for leftovers from WWII. Good times.
