Naval Base Guam is a US Navy port facility located on Apra Harbor, Guam which serves as the headquarters for Commander Naval Forces Marianas, Commander Submarine Squadron Fifteen, Coast Guard Sector Guam, Naval Special Warfare Unit One, Military Sealift Command Ship Support Unit Guam, United States Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit FIVE, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133 and the 7th Fleet's Navy Expeditionary Forces Command Pacific.

Billited for approximately 6,300 active duty Navy members, Naval Base Guam serves as the homeport for three Los Angeles Class Attack Submarines, an Emory S. Land Class Submarine Tender and operates as a support facility for all US Navy vessels deploying to the Western Pacific as part of the US Pacific Command, US Pacific Fleet, 7th Fleet and 5th Fleets.
