Granitsa Monastery Saint Luke

It is assumed that the monastery was founded in 10th century and repeatedly destroyed by the Turks, and in 1948 was revived. The monastery was declared a cultural monument. At present it is permanent. Wake of the monastery is celebrated annually on 18 October.
