This area of Coral Springs is zoned for industrial/warehouse facilities, away from the residential areas. The roads are little used, and for most new drivers from Coral Springs, it provides a great place to learn to drive a car. It used to be known as "Westinghouse Park of Industry", when Westinghouse Industries were one of the founding companies that helped to create the town.
