5-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1861. In 1923, architect Frank Vitolo renovated the apartments and added studio windows to the top floor. The facade is clad in red brick. The ground floor is occupied by Cafe Espanol, authentic cuisine from Spain, since 1976.
