6-story Neo-Grec cooperative-apartment building originally completed in the 1870s as the eastern end of a row of identical, 3-bay townhouses. This one is the most altered, owing mostly to a 1923 renovation that completely redesigned the lower two floors. They are clad in red brick with tan-painted brownstone on the upper floors. The stoop and parlor-floor entrance were removed, and a new ground-floor entrance built in the west bay. It has a black metal-and-glass door slightly recessed in a dark wood frame. The two windows to the right have iron grilles, and a low, black iron fence fronts the property. The 2nd floor has three single-windows, with a metal vent below the center window.

The upper floors also have three single-windows, but these have projecting stone surrounds with bracketed sills and cornices, with light incised decoration on the sides. A black metal fire escape runs down the east two bays, and a plain roof parapet remains where a cornice most likely once crowned the building. The exposed front of the east facade is clad in red brick and has a single-window at the top three floors.
