200-foot, 19-story modernist hotel completed in 2005. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it is set back from the sidewalk. The silver metal-clad ground floor is divided into two bays, with the entrance on the left. The upper floors are clad in dark-grey brick, with sections of light-grey stone tiles. These form the spandrels between floors at the 2nd-6th floors, with a wide band of tile in the center. There are paired window on either side, with light-grey metal mullions and metal vents built into the bottom section of the openings.
The midsection of the building, from the 7th floor to the 12th, is all brick, with four bays of windows, also with metal vents at the bottoms. The 13th-18th floors have the stone tile at the edges, where the outer window bays are set further out than on the floors below. There is a smaller, set-back penthouse level above the 18th floor. The eastern elevation is a blank wall of various grey and brown shades of cement stucco and brick and stone tile. The rear facade is visible from across the block on 30th Street. It is fully clad in dark-grey brick with two bays of paired windows at the lower floors, and four bays of windows above the 7th floor. At the six top floors the outer bays are spaced further out. The hotel contains 136 guest rooms.
