8-story postmodern hotel completed in 2000 for Leo. N. Stern. Designed by John Prince for Hartz Mountain Industries as the Tribeca Grand Hotel, it occupied a roughly triangular lot between 6th Avenue, Walker and Church Streets. The façade is of red brick punctuated with cast-iron detailing, inspired by typical Tribeca-area design and materials. There are large grey metal spandrel panels, and cornices above the 7th & top floors. There are chamfered corners at each side of the building. The main entrance is at the southern end, with the roof above featuring a large rounded pediment. The interior was designed by Bogdanow Partners with Tsao & McKown.

The large atrium was used as a filming location for S2E8 for HBO's reboot of "Gossip Girl".
