  To The Manager Nilpur Tea Estate Biswanath Charali Sub : Notice for making the payment Respected Sir, I draw ur kind attention with my application dated 12-4-2001 with which I have made a request for making the pending payment of Rs 33923.56 as per detail given in the daid letter but regratted to point out that what to say of payment u have not written a single word to me in this aspect which shows yours malafide attention for not making the due payment for the supply of Timber with the reasons best known to u. In this regard I hav made several request through letters and telephne for making the balance payment of my bills which are lying pending since 1995 but to no effect. I request your goodself that the sue payment may kindly be made to me within one month from the receipt of this notice ,failing which I will seek the help from the Civil Court and will b personally liable for all the expenses and consequences if any. Kindly treat it as final notice and submitted for favour of favourable action please .
