  • It is empty for many year because no C.F. Got C.F already ?
  • dont know what exactly caused unoccupied, no C.F is probaby, can one reason for no C.F is likely be cause of no access-road (except the very narrow, un-officially narrow road).
  • I heard from reliable sources, The CF is already up and running. In fact at one time the property is ready for sale. But surely , it is a hot property and must buy. Agreed, the road is narrow, there will be some modification on the access road to the condominium. Concern city folk.
