There's a boardwalk starting at the Museum of History & Industry (MOHAI) to the west that goes to Foster Island. You can also access it from the south using a trail that goes underneath the highway (SR-520).

  • About 10,000 crows arrive each evening around dusk between October and March at Foster Island, their communal roosting grounds for decades. Crows come from as far north as Shoreline and as far west as Magnolia to socialize, find mates, and stay protected from predators.
  • Where is the crow roost tree? Went to see on November 23 and only located 12 individuals!
