    Beautiful Island, though its becoming much too populated with vacationers, retirees and Microsoft millionaires. Land prices are ridiculous. Most new residents are wealthy, many with a weekend or vacation home on the water. Farming is being systematically wiped out by invasive regulations. www.donothinghere.com
