5-story Neo-Grec cooperative-apartment building originally completed in the 1870s as the middle of a row of identical, 3-bay townhouses. Unlike the building to the east, it retains its high stoop and parlor-floor entrance, along with the English basement, down a few steps, that now has a storefront. The facade is clad in white-painted brownstone. The somewhat narrow stoop leads up to a slightly-recessed entrance in a round-arch, with a black wooden door, narrow sidelights, and a fanlight with leaded glass. Ornamented pilasters frame the doorway, topped by a peaked pediment. To the left the two parlor-floor windows have stone surrounds topped by triangular pediments. Below them, the retail space has a built-out section faced in white-painted brick, with show-windows and a small metal roof; the glass door to the right is topped by a peaked yellow canvas canopy out over the sidewalk.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows, with projecting stone surrounds that have bracketed sills and cornices. A simple roof parapet tops the facade, where a cornice most likely originally stood. The storefront is occupied by Topaz Thai restaurant.
