A presently-idle grain elevator built in 1919 for a malting company and most recently owned and operated by the Fred Koch Malting Company and the Genesee Brewing Co.

Purchased by RiverWright LLC in 2006, the complex was slated for moderization as part of RiverWright's plan to build an ethanol processing plant nearby which would utilize the Perot's silos for corn storage. Sold by Riverwright to Ceres Global Ag Corp in 2010, the elevator now forms part of the Ceres Global Buffalo Lakeport elevator complex.
