The Buffalo High-Tech Manufacturing Innovation Hub at RiverBend is a clean energy business incubation campus located on the remediated brownfield site previously occupied by Republic Steel's Buffalo Mill. The largest tenant at Riverbend is Tesla's GigaFactory 2, which is producing photovoltaic panels and solar shingles for commerical and residential use. The State of New York is actively seeking additional tenants for the property through the Buffalo Billion program.
