The first bridge built on the combined current 'surface in 1881 by civil engineer Anghel Saligny! A projected railways Adjud - Targu Ocna and another bridge in Targu Ocna combined (road and railway second in our country) (1881-1882). He designed and built many steel bridges, replacing bad ones, executed by foreign companies.
