Former College of "Van Nieuwlandt of de Vaulx", founded in in 1559.

In 1657 moved to the "Oude Markt", 1657-1659, in baroque style founded by J. Vander Zan (chronogram at the gate), originally double building, separated by two courtyards (rear is disappeared).

In 1804 sold since 1834 in the possession of the fathers Josephites.
After the complete destruction in 1944, rebuilt around 1950 as Holy Trinity College Preparatory School.
