„Queen Maria” Hall is a new structure finished in May 2008, build on modern functionality principles, offering the advantage o space adaptability to the needs of various events. With an area of approximately 1.000 sq m, the hall is a new construction, built with modern technologies, offering the advantage of adaptability and a capacity of 600 people for receptions and approximately 1.000 people for cocktails or conferences.

The Hall can be partitioned, in order to ensure two different medium events taking place at the same time. Also, the hall provides two lounges, which can accommodate smaller meetings or business meetings, and also spaces for support offices.

Concomitantly, the hall is equipped with two large lobbies, placed at the two entries, decorated in a simple and elegant style, which assures the comfortable and facile access at the event and the organizing of a luxurious reception.

The hall has a covered terrace that communicates with an open terrace, allowing for the expansion of the space used for events and for enjoying the fresh air and the view towards the park.

In terms of infrastructure, the hall allows the operation of sophisticated lighting installations, without fixed position conditioning, and high performance audio-video facilities. The hall is design to hide all the cables and wires, regardless of their position, in order to assure the organization of the event in maximum condition of elegance and to allow the use of modern technology in very good conditions and with no risks.

Near by the hall there is a 400 spaces car parking.
